During this call, we will assess your mental health needs. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or feelings, please call the crisis and suicide hotline at 988 or dial 911.
The Coach accepts most health insurance plans. Unfortunately, at this time, Medicaid, Tricare, and Medicare are not accepted. A co-pay may be required, so please contact your insurance provider for details. We also accept payments via cash, debit, or credit card.
Your information will be kept confidential unless there is a risk of harm to you or someone else, a court subpoenas the information, or you give permission (more details will be provided before your initial assessment).
Initial Assessment

The purpose of the assessment is to determine if there is a medical need for counseling services, as insurance companies only cover services deemed medically necessary.
Unlike counseling sessions, the intake interview is structured. Please note that this is not how regular counseling sessions will be conducted.
During this session, you will also learn about Solution Focused Brief Therapy, a short-term, goal-focused, evidence-based approach designed to help clients visualize their desired outcomes.

Counseling Session

The session will typically begin with a question like: What are your hopes for meeting with The Coach?
This question not only prompts reflection on why you’re seeking therapy, but also on the outcome you wish to achieve.
Throughout the session, we will explore your past, present, and future, as well as your strengths, skills, values, qualities, and characteristics.
Sessions may be intense and effective, and we are confident that positive change will come.

Seven weekly 90-minute, personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions that includes intercessory prayer in the name Jesus Christ, with the power of Jehovah, my God, with The Holy Spirit present and in action!
Intercessory prayer is spiritual warfare that takes intense preparation of prayer and fasting by the coach.
Depending on the God’s will, there may also be healing, prophecy, speaking of tongues (with or without translation), and messages from dreams, during and in between sessions.
